A Little Bit about Booda Baby

Booda Baby© was created in a tiny animation studio in Santa Barbara on one of those perfect autumn days, when your head's going to float away, it's so full of giddy, life-is-goodness.

That's what Booda Babies are for me. Little karma stop signs: Ease up. Listen. Give someone some room to be wonderful and interesting. Help another person feel some bliss.

Characters, slogans, animations, cards (even a blog!) - I make and write Booda Babies because nothing's more delicious than those times when we're loose and creative, when everything's firing and solutions appear. And because they're really fun.

The T-Shirts

Original Booda Baby shirts are hand silk screened or hand printed in a local, ocean-side shop. The garments themselves are made here, in the US. In a sweat-free shop.

Blah blah blah?

Well, it's a big deal. To us.

We are not opposed at all to having foreign made garments, not if the work conditions are truly fair and the facility contributes to a flourishing local economy. No, we're not opposed at all.

But, because we'd really love to see our own culture enjoy more creativity and more dignity, and whole lot more justice and joy and peace ... we made the choice.
